My Account Help
Firstly, Please Record your Username and Password for future reference.
- Shopping Cart - Once you have logged in you can see your shopping cart above the Categories box on the left.
- Re-Order - We have also included a "Quick Re-Order" box so you can reorder your previous items without having to look them up. This is Under your Shopping
Cart and before the Categories Box. - Order History - to view previous orders, click on "My Account" after you log on, all orders can be seen on this page.
- The following tasks can be done by clicking on the "My Account" tab:
- View or Change your Account Info
- View or change entries in my Address Book (you can add 5 addresses to your profile)
- Change my Account Password
Email Notifications
- Subscribe or Unsubscribe from Newsletters
- View or change product notifications - The product notification list allows you to stay up to date on products you find of interest.To be up to date on all product changes, select Global Product Notifications.To add products to your product notification list, click on the notification link available on the detailed product information page. - Forgot my password - if you have forgotten your password, just click on the "My Account'' tab and select 'Forgotten my Password". You will be asked for your email address and we will email you a NEW password (not your current one). Please log in and change your password and record for future reference.
- Go to Checkout - to proceed to finishing your order please click on this button on your shopping cart.
The shopping cart will save your items chosen even if you log out, so you can return at another time to process. - Back to Shopping button is also available on the shopping cart screen, encase you need to add more items.
- Shipping Estimator - Not available, CBS work on the individual order for delivery. We don't like to give a base price as this would not be beneficial to the small items in our warehouse. Therefore once you order, and you want it delivered, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know the cost of the delivery. This will give you an accurate cost for your individual order.
- Payment Options - we have chosen to accept all payments as "Offsite Payments" due to having to calculate the cost of the shipping after the order is processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex (+3%).
