CBS's Cardboard Pallets have at least the equivalent load bearing capacity as wooden pallets, but are easier to handle during the packing process and furthermore reduce transportation costs due the low weight of the material.

CBS's Cardboard Pallet is made from corrugated cardboard, is lightweight and 100% recyclable, reducing the transportantion costs, and are much easier to handle during the packing process with an equivalent load bearing capacity to wooden pallets.

CBS Cardboard Pallet is designed to transport product by air-freight due to the cost saving benefits of its lightweight properties. There is no need to fumigate such as wooden pallets and it is especially suitable for use in areas of hygienic importance.
Many countries have now introduced stricter import regulations on the use of wooden pallets. One requirement is these pallets must now be fumigated. This process is not only expensive but also imposes time restrictions on when the pallets can be used by. 

CBS's Cardboard Pallets are Manufactured in Brisbane North side. They can be custom made to specific and individual requirements allowing for weight and size of product in various strengths and thicknesses, depending on requirements (cost depends on this), palletising pattern and packing, warehouse and transport conditions. The smooth top deck allows for stable stacking of products.

The designers at the cardboard box shop have put their knowledge together and have come up with a new design for cardboard pallets. Strong, durable, 100% green and affordable these cardboard pallets can be used in place of wooden pallets and are especially great for exporting overseas.
